PINE TREE RIDGE
A 300 Lot Smart Lot Development
We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We collaborated with a local developer, Bry-Mel Homes, to get the project through the early entitlement phase. The project was then put under a purchase agreement to Century Complete, a top ten ranked home builder. The subdivision is in a great location being just minutes from Moody Airforce Base and ten minutes from the premier business corridor. Great schools are within walking distance with an award winning elementary school literally in the middle of the new development.
BIOTORK
Evolutionary Cell Optimization
The Badger Group Inc was brought in to consult with Biotork, LLC, a world leader in the evolutionary cell optimization process primarily focused on fermentation. The goal of the engagement was three fold: funding, business development and corporate strategy. The Badger Group Inc was able to introduce a targeted two billion dollar diversified investment fund and garner a pilot program with EID Parry. EID Parry is a large subsidiary of the four billion dollar international conglomerate The Murugappa Group. The Badger Group Inc was also able to help Biotork enter two prestigious biotech summits which led to an enhanced business profile and multiple new business leads.

A 160 Unit Assisted Living Facility
The Badger Group Inc consulted with LDG, the fastest growing affordable housing developer country, to find a site suitable for their first assisted living facility. Badger was able to locate a site that was secluded yet accessible to by major roadways and interstates.
LOCAL CHOICE DISTRIBUTORS
Celebrity Brand Development
Local Choice Distributors is one of a select group of companies that develop and distribute celebrity alcohol brands. Well known brands such as reality TV's Gas Monkey Garage, Appalachian legends The Hatfields and The McCoys, to current hip hop icon Boosie have all launched brands with Local Choice Distributors. The Badger Group Inc consulted with Local Choice Distributors on celebrity selection, brand funding and market analysis for new celebrity brands.

GRACE PREMIER SENIOR LIVING
80 Unit Assisted Living Facility
Grace Premier Senior Living was one of the country's safest assisted living facilities to live in during the pandemic as no resident was lost to Covid-19. The Badger Group Inc was brought in to devise a finance and growth plan that would allow for Grace to rapidly expand. Badger is working hand in hand with Grace's finance team to implement a targeted strategy that now has Grace on track to build and manage five or more facilities a year in secondary markets.
AMERICAN GREENZ
E-Waste Recyclers
American Greenz is a 10 plus year old e-waste recycling company. They are poised to grow exponentially due to the explosive growth seen in the technology sector. Badger has worked with American Greenz to find appropriate acquisition targets located in strategic markets. This strategy will allow American Greenz to gain market share in this rapidly expanding sector of the technology industry.
VETERANS VILLAGE OF AMERICA
Coming Soon
This will be our flag ship development that will take veteran focused communities to a whole new level of living. The project will be LEED certified Gold, clean green energy driven, 80,000 square feet of retail, 300 new single family homes, 240 apartments and 300 assisted living units. Also featured in the development will be a medical office plaza.
